Shipping Policy


LegatoMusica is charging a portion of the shipping costs to customers via a modest shipping fee on every order placed on our website. The charges are minimal and based on the calculated price provided by the shipping partners. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure that your product reaches you in a timely and safe manner. We are also ensuring your safety by disinfecting all packages before, during, and after packing.

Dispatch Procedure: Once the order is placed by a customer, we follow secure packaging to deliver the product safely and securely to the customer.

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays or unforeseen circumstances like a strike, or an Act of God.

We offer 2 delivery methods for our customers:
1. Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (excluding bank and national holidays).
2. Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (excluding bank and national holidays).
In case of a significant delay in shipment of the Order(s), we will contact you via email or telephone. Our working hours for logistics are 10 am - 6 pm, Monday - Saturday. This means that the order placed on Saturday will be shipped the next Monday.

Tracking Orders: You can always track your orders by going into My Profile -> View Orders. Click on the Track Order button to get the latest status of your item(s).

Refused Delivery: In this case, LegatoMusica will try to return the shipment back to the origin, and return shipping will be deducted from your Product cost. So your refund amount will be Product cost – Return cost = Refund amount. This amount will be refunded to the customer as soon as the shipment will return back to the origin.
