Refund And Cancellations


LegatoMusica.com only accepts returns made within the first 3 days after delivery. The Returns and Refunds are applicable for Transit Damage or Defective Product only.
For Proof of Transit Damage, the Customer is Advised to Make a Video of Unboxing. We will consider this as proof and helps us further Claim Insurance from the Courier Company. Without an Unboxing Video proof, we do not consider the Return / Refund. In this scenario, a Full Refund will be initiated the very next day we receive the item back at our facility. Once Refunded, the amount will reflect in the customer's account in 5-8 working days as per the bank norms. We can share the transaction ID on request via email.
If the Buyer submits incorrect information during the order checkout process i.e Wrong Address / Wrong Pincode / Wrong Contact details, due to which the product gets returned to our facility, the Buyer will be refunded the amount after deducting the return Transit Cost.
In case of the refused delivery, we will try to return the shipment back to the origin and the return transit charges will be deducted from your Product cost. So your refund amount will be Product cost – Return cost = Refund amount. This amount will be refunded to the customer as soon as the shipment will return back to the origin.

Cancellations: Please contact us via email: info@legatomusica.com to raise a cancellation request with the order number and item details. Also please note, once the item(s) are dispatched from our facility we don't accept any further cancellation requests via email/telephone.
